We confirm your delivery address and belt size by call or WhatsApp. Orders dispatch only after this confirmation.

Check the parcel at your door
Open the parcel at delivery and inspect it for transit damage or a wrong item before handing over Cash on Delivery payment.

Exchange for transit defects
If the item has a transit defect or does not match your specification, tell us on delivery. We arrange a straightforward replacement.
